Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, we are an online-only business and do not have a physical store or showroom.
Do you offer sample flowers?
Yes! You can order sample flowers directly from our website. This is a great way to preview colours and quality before placing a full order.
Can I customise my order?
Yes – most designs allow for light customisation. You can request a specific colour palette, ribbon colour, or flower type by leaving a note at checkout.
Please note: we do not provide preview images for customised orders unless you purchase samples first.
How long will my order take?
Standard production time is 3–4 weeks from the date of order. Please bare in mind. Busy Season May-August can take longer.
If you need your flowers sooner, Rush Orders are available at checkout (additional fees apply).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Can I request a delivery date?
Yes. Add your event date in the notes at checkout and we’ll aim to have your flowers delivered in time. For tighter timelines, please select Rush Order at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re based outside the UK, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to advise.
How are bouquets measured?
Our bouquets are measured by their curvature, not by flat diameter, to better reflect how they’re held and viewed when carried.
What are your artificial flowers made from?
We use a blend of high-quality materials to ensure a lifelike look and feel:
Silk – Soft with a natural sheen
Polyester – Durable and realistic
Plastic – Lightweight and moisture-resistant
Latex & Silicone – Used for ultra-realistic finishes
Fabric – Like velvet, organza, and satin for texture
Wire & plastic stems – Flexible for arranging
Natural elements – Occasionally used to add realism
How do I care for my faux flowers?
To keep your flowers looking their best:
Dust regularly with a soft brush or compressed air
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
Do not water—these are artificial!
Handle gently to avoid crushing petals or stems
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap if needed
Avoid displaying near heat sources or open flames
Consider replacing individual stems over time to refresh the look
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We’ll assess the damage and arrange a suitable resolution—whether that’s a replacement or partial refund.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Due to our made-to-order process, we can’t guarantee changes after your order is confirmed. If you need to make an update, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I get a refund?
All products are made to order and non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take great care in crafting each piece and are happy to address any concerns.
Are your flowers eco-friendly?
Yes – our faux flowers are designed to be kept, reused, or repurposed, making them a sustainable alternative to fresh blooms. Many customers upcycle their florals into wreaths or home décor. We also use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
